Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data by following company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and improvement of database systems and procedures
- Generate reports based on the data entered
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
