St Therese Home of New Hope is Hiring a Registered Nurse / RN - Sign on Bonus Up to $7,500 Near Saint Paul, MN

Be a part of the Saint Therese difference! Sign on Bonus of $7,500 for positions scheduled 64 or more hours per pay period and $5,000 for part-time positions working 16-63 hours per pay period!

We are seeking Registered Nurses to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.

All positions include working every other weekend and every other holiday:

* 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (64 hours per pay period)

* 2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m. Part-Time (40 - 64 hours per pay period)

* 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Part-time (56 -64 hours per pay period)

Location

Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites.

Responsibilities

Evaluates/assess documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs house supervisor and medical provider of changes or needs. Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations.

Qualifications

Education: Degree obtained from accredited nursing program.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

* Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations

* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

* Proven history of good judgement and integrity

* High level of commitment to compassionate customer service

* Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident

* Working knowledge of personal computers and related software
