Join our client's growing company as a Project Analyst and contribute to the success of their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with accounting or finance experience to make an impact in project analysis, profitability assessment, and cost management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities of the Project Analyst Include:

  • Project Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of project financials, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and project profitability assessment.
  • Cost Accruals: Assist in the preparation and management of cost accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Billing Support: Collaborate with the Project Controller and Project Accountants to support billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to internal stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and financial health.
  • Special Projects: Engage in special projects aimed at optimizing project financial processes, enhancing systems, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and professional representation of the finance department.

Qualifications of the Project Analyst include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1 years of accounting or finance experience, with preference for candidates with exposure to public audit.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software such as Sage Intacct or Procore is ideal.
  • Strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
