Seeking a System Engineer/Solutions Architect with enterprise-wide experience to support the Navy with all aspects of designing and implementing the Integrated Navy Operations Command and Control System (INOCCS), to include an out-of-band management network, operating models, and AIOps. This position is in direct support of Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. Tenth Fleet’s mission to unify DoDIN-N operations in partnership with the Navy Information Warfare Systems Command through an Integrated Process Team focused on an approved framework. The Information Assurance/Security Specialist will team with other Cyber Engineers to develop user's manuals, crew positional guides, and other documents intended to aid operators and maintainers of the Weapon System in the performance of their jobs. Responsibilities Perform analysis and provide recommendations on all elements of a global operating model to include structure, accountabilities, governance, and essential behaviors as well as the way people, processes and technology are integrated to deliver key capabilities Ensure the operating model is explicitly designed to support the INOCCS Framework by describing roles and responsibilities, processes, and mechanisms to command and control the DoDIN-N Perform analysis and provide recommendations in support of ITSM implementation and system/date integration activities performed by the INOCCS IPT to design, plan, deliver, operate, and control information technology services throughout the DoDIN-N Support the operational planning and management for the implementation and performance monitoring of cloud services throughout the DoDIN-N Define and document an INOCCS sustainment plan, to include steps to implement INOCCS as Navy Integrated Capability Concept, Program of Record, and Program Management Warfare Office that support the implementation of an integrated, sustained, and enduring capability Define and document engineering and architectural artifacts supporting implementation of INOCCS Analyze and assess technologies and capabilities Support Working Groups, Integration Working Groups, and Technical Exchange Meetings and other ad hoc meetings Other requirements as the unification of DoDIN-N operations mature and advance Other duties as assigned Qualifications TS with SCI eligibility Bachelors’ degree in an Information Technology field, Computer or other Engineering field or related technical field Minimum of 10 years of primary job experience in Information Technology work with prior experience in network/system, design/architecture, enterprise systems/network management, service-oriented architectures, concepts, and technologies DoD 8570.01-M certification (e.g., CISSP or Security )
