Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and possess strong leadership qualities.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue and meet sales targets.
- Supervise spa staff to deliver high-quality services.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Oversee the maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and manage spa budgets, including pricing strategies and cost control measures.

Skills:
- Strong market knowledge in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Experience in store management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in math for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cash register operations for transactions.
- Pricing expertise to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
