Overview:- Part-Time Periodontist in Acworth, GA
- 2-4 days per week, Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- Daily guarantee or percentage (whichever is greater)
Qualifications:
- Periodontist Certification
- DMD or DDS Degree
- State License
