Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Front Office Team Member to join our team! You will be asked to provide exceptional customer service and to make our patients feel like family. You will complete administrative tasks such as maintaining the appointment books, taking and posting payments, and managing office flow and schedule . The ideal candidate has an associate's or bachelor's degree from a certified school, has experience with Dentrix, and has previous experience as a Dental Assistant or a Dental Hygienist. If youre friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Check in
  • Check out
  • Taking and posting payments
  • Entering patient data into our practice management software (Dentrix)
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
  • providing a memorable "New Patient Experience"

Qualifications
  • Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred
