We're seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the charge in the continuous discovery and delivery of innovative products focused on helping coaches guide educators in their learning journey.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams including content developers, engineers, designers, and company leaders to identify opportunities and challenges, build products that solve real problems for our customers, and achieve business objectives.

We're looking for someone who obsesses over the end-to-end user experience, ensuring that every interaction with our products is delightful and impactful for coaches, trainers, and educators. Your customer-centric approach and hypothesis-driven mindset will guide you in recommending strategic directions that truly enhance our users' ability to support educators.

As a proactive advocate for driving impact, you'll take ownership of initiatives, leveraging data to uncover valuable insights and prioritizing rapid learning to deliver tangible value to our customers and, ultimately, to the children they serve.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the ideation, opportunity assessment, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives based on market insights and user feedback ensuring the viability of the business and value to users.
  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of clients, educators, and coaches.
  • Establish a roadmap that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable impact.
  • Craft strategic direction and requirements to guide product development.
  • Utilize data-driven insights, financial analysis, and qualitative feedback to inform, validate, and refine product decisions, driving ongoing performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for product strategies and initiatives.
  • Foster an inspiring collaborative environment where cross-functional teams are empowered to take ownership of solutions, make data-driven decisions, and value diverse perspectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, iteration, and learning.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of Product Management experience in an agile development environment, ideally in the education sector
  • Deep customer empathy and product craft, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to distill insights from raw data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills
  • Skilled in asking questions, listening, learning, and synthesizing knowledge to create value
  • Passionate commitment to driving continuous improvement across people, processes, and products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ECE or K-12 Professional Services markets
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with Google Suite, Jira, Asana, Confluence and Pendo
