RWS Global is Hiring a Project Manager Near Cincinnati, OH
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the on-site and off-site implementation of themed entertainment projects.
- Manage project budgets, review funds allocation for external resources, and coordinate budget modifications as needed.
- Provides initial cost ranges for preliminary design components
- Collaborate with the VP of Projects in developing and maintaining the project P&L.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their vision and objectives.
- Coordinate project coordination tasks, including reviewing Minutes of Meetings (MoM), contracts, and proposals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, subcontractors and specialty consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Collaborate with project Directors and project team leading creative and design to assist in maintaining a world class project development.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to refine and develop new standards to improve quality and efficiency of project management processes and tasks.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and implement proactive strategies for risk mitigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in themed entertainment or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Proven track record in all project delivery phases from concept to implementation
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficient conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in project management / scheduling software.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, or similar experience in the themed entertainment field preferred.
