JRA-Part of RWS Global is a leading force in the themed entertainment industry, dedicated to creating immersive experiences that captivate audiences worldwide. With a rich history of innovative projects, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.As a Project Manager at JRA, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of themed entertainment projects, ensuring they meet client objectives, quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the Vice President of Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and scheduling to budget management and implementation. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the on-site and off-site implementation of themed entertainment projects.
Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage project budgets, review funds allocation for external resources, and coordinate budget modifications as needed.
  • Provides initial cost ranges for preliminary design components
  • Collaborate with the VP of Projects in developing and maintaining the project P&L.
Client Interaction:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their vision and objectives.
  • Coordinate project coordination tasks, including reviewing Minutes of Meetings (MoM), contracts, and proposals.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, subcontractors and specialty consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Collaborate with project Directors and project team leading creative and design to assist in maintaining a world class project development.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to refine and develop new standards to improve quality and efficiency of project management processes and tasks.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and implement proactive strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in themed entertainment or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Proven track record in all project delivery phases from concept to implementation
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in project management / scheduling software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, or similar experience in the themed entertainment field preferred.
