Seeking a warm and dynamic, highly organized leader with excellent people and "soft" skills. The ideal person exudes confidence and is level-headed while being able to multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced environment
The Director of Operations responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client engagement : build client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Leadership :
Lead by example, exemplify leadership and instill a positive culture
Follow up with all employees on customer service issues, providing counseling and feedback and steps to avoid negative client experience in the future.
Staff Supervision and Development
Oversee all staff; assistant managers and nail technicians (staff of 10 ) ... supervising and communicating daily issues and needs.
Operational responsibilities :
Execute transactions, book appointments, answer phones
Work with and assist the owner in all day-to-day operations staff and client communications,
Organization of marketing events
Inventory management
Work closely with owner to identify areas for growth and opportunity.
Job Requirements :
Passionate about people engagement; confident and comfortable interacting with diverse people and starting conversations.
Calm & composed when dealing with tough clients
Prior Customer service, people management and sales experience preferred
Positive, optimistic, energetic and ability to energize the work environment, warm & friendly, authentic
Excellent organizational skills, methodical & structured
Must be proficient with Mac computers and quick to learn technology.
No experience required working with Booker (training will be provided)
Flexible with hours and scheduling
Stylish, fashion oriented
