Insight Global is looking for a Campaign Specialist with a heavy focus within the operations side of the house. This is a chance to join a growing team for a company focused within the mental health space. This role will collaborate heavily with the Campaign Marketing teams and other GTM teams. This role will use candidates' ability to update/manage data within Marketo and Salesforce. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team, that work well with each other and are critical to the functions of the Marketing arm.
Additional day to day:
Assist with the coordination and execution of assigned campaign requests in Asana
Communicate with multiple key stakeholders internally on task statuses and gather necessary information to complete tasks
Coordinate with external agency to assign these tasks once all information is received
Ensure earlier stage deadlines are met so SLAs and final task deadlines are completed on time
QA emails built by the agency for stage 1 review before passing on to manager for stage 2 review
Create Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns that are key to tracking marketing efforts
Import lists from webinars, events, content syndication, etc

Marketo experience is necessary and certification is preferred
Salesforce experience specifically around campaigns and tracking
Knowledge of segmentation and audience and database management
