Rural Electric is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a 3rd or 4th year apprentice with a passion for learning and expanding their knowledge in the field of industrial electrical work. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Assist journeyman electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment

- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing problems

- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, such as wiring, conduit installation, and equipment assembly

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a recognized electrical apprenticeship program

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrical apprentice, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting

- Eager to learn and expand knowledge in the field of industrial electrical work

- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
