Rumble Boxing (Montclair, Short Hills and Livingston) is looking to hire a hype person/brand ambassador immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Report directly to the marketing manager
•Connect and engage with members of the community
•Contribute marketing ideas and help plan events for members and staff
•Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media
•Represent brand values inside and outside the studios
•Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual's needs and wants
•Participate in special events (including, but not limited to: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club
•Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels
•Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
•Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
•Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
•Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail
•Possess an outgoing and friendly personality, while maintaining a professional attitude and approach
•Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations
•Must adhere to company policies and procedures
•Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
•Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
•Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
•Must have proficient computer skills
•Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
•Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
•Flexible schedule required
•Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work
•Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test
