Job Overview

Join our dynamic team for a summer internship opportunity at Rubies Costumes. We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about the Halloween industry to join us in various departments including Product Development, Licensing, Design, Sourcing, and Sales. This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to the exciting world of costumes and merchandise across all your favorite celebrations!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with existing manufacturing partners and in identifying potential new suppliers.
• Regularly communicate with suppliers globally to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Propose products to factories, determine item costs, and engage in the negotiation processes.
• Learn about different textiles, garment construction, trims, and accessories to determine product quality.

Job Competencies

• Must be currently enrolled in College or University.
• Fluent in Bangla a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have a passion for the Halloween industry and pop-culture.
• Must be able to commute to our office and work on-site.
