Job Overview

Join our dynamic team for a summer internship opportunity at Rubies Costumes. We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about the Halloween industry to join us in various departments including Product Development, Licensing, Design, Sourcing, and Sales. This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to the exciting world of costumes and merchandise across all your favorite celebrations!

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support the Graphic Design team in developing creative ideas for product packaging.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to create packaging layout and design.
• Proofread copy of packaging layouts to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
• Track product photography catalog.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to retouch photography.
• Cut, construct, and organize product packaging.

Job Competencies

• Must be currently enrolled in College or University.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have a passion for the Halloween industry and pop-culture.
• Must be able to commute to our office and work on-site.
