Shift : Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 1 Holiday. 1 weekend every 6 weeks (if needed)
On Call/Call Back Requirements: On Call Rotation For Call In's - On Call 5pm-8am (expected to call family back within 5 minutes and arrive to patients' home within 30-45 minutes) Call rotation is very limited and only based on call ins, or vacations all nurses are in the call rotation
Requirements:
- IN RN or Compact License
- 1-2 years Hospice experience
- 1 travel assignment required
- Med Surg, Hospice, Critical Care skillset required
- AHA BLS
- Charting Experience Required: Home Care Home Base (will train) – training modules can be completed prior to starting assignment in orientation
- Float Requirements: Home Health Hospice, will need a reliable vehicle
- 40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES
- Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required
