Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Home Health Mobile
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday plus weekend and holiday rotation
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend : Usually 4-6 weekend days in a rolling 6 week calendar, day off during the week
On-call - TBD
Requirements:

• FL or Compact License
• 1.5 years of experience
• Previous Charge experience
• Home Care experience required, no exceptions
• First-timers accepted
• BLS
• 3 years experience preferred

Position / Specialty: Home Care RN
Shift: 5x8 Days, 08:00-17:00, Monday-Friday plus weekend and holiday rotation
Caseload: 6 visits per day on average including Oasis timepoints; 27-32 case management
1.5 years required, 3 years preferred.
First-timers accepted: Y
Weekend REQ: Y- Usually 4-6 weekend days in a rolling 6 week calendar, day off during the week.
Certs REQ:
- BLS
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Y - TBD by need
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? N
Open to accommodating block schedule? Y - based on unit's needs
Locals accepted: Y
Pending License accepted: N - Florida State or compact license required at time of submission
RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.
On-call, weekend and holiday rotation required.
Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours guaranteed.
Special Requirements:
- Home Care experience required, no exceptions.
- Previous Charge experience required.
- 6 visits per day on average including Oasis timepoints; case management of 27-32 patients
- 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) included with submission
- Flu vaccine required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
Please Note: Mileage is paid in between patients, not to or from work.
