Job Responsibilities

• Assisting partners and managers on international clients with all facets of tax compliance and consulting
• Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations with international aspects
• Conducting tax research and planning for your own clients and of other groups within the firm
• Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members
• Exposure to various specialties in our industry, with opportunities to develop an expertise in, for example:
• Foreign businesses expanding to the U.S.
• US businesses expanding overseas
• Inbound real estate investments
• Foreign trust reporting
• Foreign "Voluntary Disclosure" projects"
• Assist new staff members with compliance related software and assists in integrating them within the international tax group and within the firm

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
• 2 years of full-time experience in tax compliance within public accounting with exposure to international tax forms, including but not limited to working on forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8621 and 1116
• Ability to supervise and train staff level team members
• Desire and ability to learn complex tax rules

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Master's Degree in Taxation or LLM with a leaning towards Taxation/International Taxation
• CPA or equivalent credential

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job postings. Compensation Range for this position: $67,000 - $110,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
