As an Accounting Associate, you will work closely with clients to provide expert financial advice and guidance, including accounting, tax, and financial planning and analysis. • Assist clients in financial analysis and planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
• Perform financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct internal control reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of business valuations and feasibility studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Active CPA license or eligibility to obtain a CPA license.
