Position Summary: The intern position provides college and university students with an overview of industry software applications that support the property operations of RPM Living.

• Complete system audits as outlined to include but not limited to system report inventory, report examples with short summary of report intent.
• Complete up to 5 online system training classes to understand the basics of the RPM systems and to provide end user feedback from a new user perspective.
• Shadow technology calls for the Corporate AI Committee to learn about AI in multi-family and generate ideas for applications.
• Site visits of up to 5 Austin property locations to observe how RPM systems are utilized and generate feedback from the Site Teams. Document the summary of visit and review with Team Director(s) and SVP to identify opportunities in the systems.
• Complete one business requirement document for an identified opportunity from the Site visits to gain experience in communication clear requirements from business users to development resources.
• Zendesk is the RPM customer service solution. Where time allows assist the Director of Software Support overseeing Zendesk in: field clean up and bi-annual macro review to inventory macros, identify duplication.
• Assignment as a resource in the testing phase of implementation of Zendesk Messaging.
• Complete a randomly selected end user survey via either survey tools or direct phone contact to strengthen relationships with the Site Teams and the Software Support Team; identify improvements.
• Shadow monthly leadership calls to learn about the RPM departments and initiatives
• Can commit to 9.5 week Summer Intern program from May 29th-August 2nd.

• Current college student Junior year or entering senior year.
• Strong Analytical and/or technical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
