Hiring Entry Level Marketing Associates
Represent and fundraise for a respectable charity organization in San Antonio, TX
Our organization is working on behalf of a highly-rated children's foster care charity. We have advocacy centers all over the country complete with therapy programs for kids. Funds raised go towards opening more advocacy centers, making sure kids in foster care are safe, and donating every day essentials, so kids have their own belongings.
We are seeking top talent to join our rapidly growing team. We are committed to developing leaders, providing excellent leadership training and growth opportunities to those with the drive to put their mark on our campaigns. We need driven individuals motivated to hit individual and team fundraising goals with the desire to make an impact on the world while expanding their personal and professional horizons.
No prior experience is necessary. A great entry level marketing, and or sales role.
Qualifications
- Must have a passion for helping others and a love for working with the public
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, and be able to adapt to speaking with various audiences
- Must be a team player and bring a competitive spirit to help drive the team towards its goals
- Must possess a self motivating drive for oneself
- We are looking for leadership qualities for potential rapid advancement into a leadership role

Responsibilities
- Have an outgoing personality to engage with a wide variety of people on our charity efforts
- Comfortable engaging potential donors in a one or one, or group setting
- Help the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up/displays/merchandise, the execution / presenting our message to the community, and reporting back the results
- Work closely with others to help the teams efforts
- Participate in fundraising events where you will speak with potential donors and explain the charity thoroughly they would be donating to
- Be able to answer any questions from potential donors regarding our charitable partners and ensure that the utmost professionalism is held in these interactions
- Have a self motivating, competitive spirit in order to help raise as much money as possible
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings where goals will be discussed, set, and also contribute individual feedback to improve as a company
