At Royalty Roofing, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance Manager to lead our warranty repair and maintenance team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of skilled technicians as well as executing our maintenance programs. This individual will work closely with technicians, site supervisors, and clients ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and supervise a team of roofing technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence within the roofing maintenance team.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Recruit potential technicians as necessary.

Project Assessment:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify repair needs and maintenance requirements.
• Develop comprehensive reports outlining the condition of roofs, recommended repairs, and maintenance plans.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement plans for repairs and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance activities meet industry standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work and address any deficiencies.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for repair and maintenance projects.
• Control costs and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.

Training and Development:

• Provide training to technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies in roofing systems.
• Foster a continuous learning environment to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

Client Support and Relations:

• Provide prompt resolution to client issues.
• Communicate during on-going projects providing accurate and up-to-date information as it occurs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction, roofing repair and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Techy Savvy with the ability to learn and master our client relationship management tool and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license
