**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a candidate who has 3-5 years experience in logistics, supply chain! The ideal candidate would have a strong communication skill, computer skills such as Excel and deep knowledge of logistics!
**Position:** Customer Support Specialist
**Industry:** Food Trading company
**Location:** San Francisco, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
**Languages:** English a MUST, Japanese is a plus, but not required
**Pay:** $55k-60k (Depending on your experience)

**Duties**
* Process incoming orders and enter data into the system
* Communicate and arrange company branches, warehouse, carrier, and etc.
* Prepare product distribution documents
* Resolve any issues with vendors, transportation when arise
* Other duties assigned
**Qualifications**
* 3-5 years of experience in logistics, trading or manufacturing is preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
* AA degree or above is required
* Excellent communication skills
* Team-oriented, detail-oriented and fast thinker
* Strong analytical skill is preferred
