- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise retail staff, including coaching and providing feedback on performance
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new employees
- Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels

- Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of wireless sales and the mobile market is a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems for sales transactions
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
