Description
Rothman Orthopaedics is looking for a Per Diem Front Desk Receptionist to join our Marlton Urgent Care team! The Front Desk Receptionist greets, instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. This individual serves as liaison between patient and medical support staff. Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: 999 Route 73 North, Marlton, NJ 08053
Hours: will work on an as-needed basis

• Mon - Fri: 8am - 7:30pm
• Sat & Sun: 9am - 5pm

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED minimum education requirement
• Minimum of one (1) year's experience in medical office environment
• Knowledge of business office procedures & medical terminology
• Computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Office and EMR system(s)

Primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and directing patients
• Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
• Processing referrals
• Answering phone calls
