Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater!

About The Position:

Branch Manager I is responsible for supervising and leading the Branch Sales team, of a Level I branch, to success in achieving production goals. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing and controlling all branch activities. This position coaches and supervises branch operations to insure efficient operations and excellent member service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by Helping More People Live Greater."
  • Monitor and evaluate branch sales activities to insure the achievement of sales, service and financial performance goals.
  • Manage assigned operations within established budgetary guidelines where possible, or proactively acquiring approval for budget variances where deviations are required.
  • Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.

  • Located in an idyllic small community in beautiful Northern Nevada
  • You must be willing and able to travel to locales other than the normal location for the position, including overnight trips as appropriate for your job responsibilities.
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation

$52,500.00-$73,000.00 per year

  • Compensation is dependent on experience
  • Competitive compensation and Greater Benefits are part of our deal

  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • 2 years of finance or banking experience

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
