Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sarasota, FL for a Construction Litigation Paralegal at a Florida based law firm. The Construction Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and clients to provide support in a variety of areas, including drafting and analyzing legal documents, researching relevant laws and regulations, communicating with clients, and organizing case files.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with emphasis on construction law litigation is required
- Familiarity with Florida and federal court rules, procedures, and filings
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to draft pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and other legal software
