We're looking for a wonderful Full-Time Personal Assistant/House Manager for an elderly woman in View Park. Hours & schedule is flexible as long as you get the work done (80-90% of the work is just making phone calls and managing schedules which can be done remotely). The client has 3 caregivers who rotate throughout the week and has one with her 24/7, so you do not need to worry about that. Your responsibilities include managing the caregivers and their schedules, scheduling vendors/contractors, managing the principal's calendar, inventory management, and helping the principal organize her wardrobe. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, takes initiative, and is enthusiastic and passionate about their work. Must be a strong verbal communicator and have the ability to manage different types of personalities.
