RoofCrafters Roofing is Hiring a ROOFING FIELD PRODUCTION MANAGER Near Jacksonville, FL

RoofCrafters Roofing, LLC currently looking for a ROCK STAR, ROOFING PRODUCTION MANAGER!!

You will be leading our Production Team, under the Director of Production, through standard processes, to make sure the the jobs and contracts, produced by the Sales Team, are fulfilled at or above expectations.

Duties:

The main responsibility is to act as the liaison between the customer, production office, crew, and suppliers, while guaranteeing our Customers have a STELLAR experience from the beginning to final walk through.
Oversight of the budget for materials and labor.
Crew training and management, and ensuring all safety protocols are being followed, in accordance with RoofCrafters Roofing and OSHA guidelines.
Coordinate roofing projects with crew leaders to ensure project progress is maintained through completion which will include material running and coordination of delivery times with the supplier while ensuring all Quality and Installation Standards are maintained at or above expectations.
Be actively involved with the roofing project, inspecting progress throughout the project to ensure top quality is maintained.
Assist in the coordination of inspections by communicating job progress and completion with the inspection team.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE! 5 years minimum (7 years preferred, but not necessary)
Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Be able to lift 75 lbs., stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with reasonable accommodations if required
Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervision
Able to travel (Company Paid) with potential overnights, when necessary
