Job Description: 1^st Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Full-time Shift(s): MON - SUN 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Pitman, New Jersey (on-site)

Salary - $22.00/hr. - $25.00/hr. (based on experience)

OVERVIEW: You will be responsible for doing maintenance and also being an operator who is responsible for the overall reliability/efficiency of assigned production line/equipment.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· Make repairs to production equipment as required or directed

· Complete all preventative maintenance as assigned

· Maintain a safe and orderly production equipment area

· Highly motivated, self-directed

· Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Work independently as well as in a team environment

· Willingness to work a flexible schedule

· Perform operator preventative maintenance on production equipment

· All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

· High school diploma, Associates or Trade School

· Minimum of 3-4 years of mechanical experience, electrical skills strongly desired as well

· Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs 

· Extreme attention to detail

· Experience in machine operation

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience maintaining industrial equipment

· Mechanically inclined
