POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated hospital business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
Recruitment - Partners with organizational leadership to develop strategic recruiting plans. Sources and screen candidates to match experience with specific job-related requirements and administer pre-employment checks. Researches, analyzes hiring statistics and staffing resource efficiency. Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, networking events, etc.
Benefits Administration - Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations. Answers employee benefit questions and investigates issues with benefit vendors. Assist with the planning and execution of our annual open enrollment process.
HR Policy/Legal - Assist in the legal compliance per company and governmental policies such as preparation of reporting or filing requirements (AAP, EEO, etc.) Maintains department procedures ensuring timely updates resulting from regulatory changes.
Additional HR Duties - Manage new hire orientation and onboarding process. Conduct the 30/60/90-day check-ins with new employees to assess their progress in training, ensure they are receiving the necessary support for their role, and evaluate their fit within the company's culture and expectations. Ensure data accuracy in iSolved HRIS system.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing/recruiting candidates, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee benefits, HRIS, and special projects.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
High School Diploma Required...Bachelor's degree preferred.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
