Rome Health is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the Senior Technical Support Specialist role. We prefer that this individual who has a college degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. A qualified candidate for the the senior position must have 3-5 years experience in a IT Help Desk/ Call Center position. Have experience in IT trouble shooting and have great customer service. This position is NOT remote. It is 100% in house.

Some of your tasks that will fill your day are::

• Resolve internal user problems.
• Build deploy and update new systems.
• Manage IT inventory
• Manage user security.
• Help move equipment to different locations or between offices.

Most of the time you will work 8AM to 4PM, but could include a weekend day if needed. You will be in an on-call rotation. We would like you to join our team if you posses the above skills and like working in a fast paced hospital environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
