As a Dental Clinic Receptionist your hard work and ideas are appreciated, we listen to our employees. In this role you'll provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with the Dentist, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. Some dental knowledge is required and must be familiar with dental codes, dental procedures, teeth numbers, basic dental terminology.
A few specific duties:
Patient scheduling and confirmation
Dental health records
Maintaining patient accounts
Insurance eligibility
Direct customer service
General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of dental codes, dental procedures, teeth numbers and basic dental terminology.
Extensive organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
Accept constructive advise
Conflict resolution and problem-solving and team Player
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Must be familiar with dental codes, dental procedures, teeth numbers, basic dental terminology
Legible handwriting
Basic Computer skills
