A real estate management company with over 1000 units is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee properties and property managers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties within Oklahoma City.
- Supervise property managers and ensure efficient operation of all properties.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Oversee leasing activities, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease negotiations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain property condition and value.
- Monitor financial performance of properties and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to property management team members.
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
