Robert Graham is Hiring a Sales Assistant - Robert Graham Near New York, NY

Specific Responsibilities:

The Sales Assistant supports the execution of strategies set by the Vice President of Sales by performing general sales activities including follow-up and customer service, in order to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the Robert Graham brand and maintain optimal relationships with customers.

  • Will be assisting in all facets of sales for mens department stores and womens specialty stores including, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales and OP channels
  • Assist with womens trade shows such as Coterie
  • Maintain and monitor selling reports for all major department stores
  • Assist Account Executives with order management, market appointments, pre-market preparation and post-market follow up
  • Assist in presenting line to buyers at market meetings and trade shows
  • Maintenance of PO log, seasonal order confirmations and weekly shipping updates
  • Travel for in store events, seminars and trunk shows
  • Manage all sample requests and copy for direct channels, marketing and advertising needs
  • Work with field merchandising team on in store directives
  • Oversee communication with store managers and specialists for key department stores
  • Present best and worst sellers at weekly management meetings
  • Assist with showroom management including set up for key markets and tradeshows
  • Assist with other special projects as needed
  • Manage & maintain drop ship process for majors
  • Form and apply analytical insights to offer merchandise recommendations
Skills and Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of wholesale experience
  • An outgoing goal-oriented individual that is eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of retail math
  • Experience with NuOrder & A2000 is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibilities
  • Ability to manage strict deadlines & be proactive to teams needs
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Salary Range: $48,000 - $58,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
