What you will get to do as an eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator:

• Manage day-to-day operations on various e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central.
• Maintain and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Manage keywords and optimize product content to improve search performance and drive sales.
• Field marketplace customer service inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Nurture vendor relationships, including communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including warehouse, customer service, and merchandising, to ensure alignment and support for marketplace initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting on sales and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability, leveraging data and analytics.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the platform.
• Focus on driving revenue in both marketplaces and RoadRunnerSports.com.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
