Responsibilities: 

· Completes Level I and Level II OBRA Assessments and provides nursing home monitoring.

· Completes brief assessment, crisis intervention and pre-screens as needed. 

· Documents treatment and provides clinical guidance to other clinical and direct care staff as appropriate. 

Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline and licensed as a LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC or LPC.

· One to two years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness or intellectual or developmental disabilities.
