Job Description
Successful retail business is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service /Accounts Receivables Associate to join their team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of the store, providing exceptional service to their valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, addressing their inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Schedule: 5-days a week with alternating Saturdays required. 1-day during the week will be an off day when working a Saturday. M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sat - 10:00 am - 5:30 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions.
- Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Call clients to collect on past due balances.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
