Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for using data analytics from various available data sources, including but not limited to internal systems, to provide information regarding customers, markets, competitors, etc. that will measure performance and support business/marketing decisions.

The Retail & Marketing Data Analyst responsibilities will include managing of customer and prospect data, automation, and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing application. This person will also contribute to the analysis and design of enhancements within the Dynamics system and beyond and should be highly analytical, pro-active, organized and have a demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a team environment and independently.

This individual will work closely with key stakeholders to drive business and oversee project execution. This position is responsible for adhering to best practices in maintaining quality data.

This position performs analysis of data, dashboard preparation, visualization based on reporting requirements, data validation testing, data modeling, and data replication. This position also evaluates functional and technical specifications to fulfill data requirements for key initiatives/projects. Independently develops test plans, validation requirements and documentation to ensure data integrity for analysis and report requests.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Maintain quality data
  • Support marketing automation campaigns
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT and other related teams to support, gather requirements and ensure we adhere to best practices
  • Work directly with Microsoft Dynamics consultants and developers to incorporate new functionality and lead data conversion/implementation
  • Accountable for identification, documentation, including noting potential issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • List processing and project management for ad-hoc requests including direct mail, trigger marketing, on-boarding efforts, etc.
  • Assist with other key initiatives and other related Sales and Marketing projects
  • Work with the internal and external marketing teams to build and support program and cross-channel campaigns
  • Monitor and help maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and ability to segment, personalize and deliver dynamic content.
  • Perform monthly operational maintenance in current marketing automation platform, checking programs, lead scoring models, forms.
  • Lead and manage consistent QA process around marketing automation execution for all phases (email, landing page development, lead scoring, tracking and reporting).
  • Ability to understand and maintain a view of the big picture while creating detailed, operation level processes, workflows, and requirements.
  • Create reports on marketing and sales activities for real-time visualization of cross-channel performance to identify ROI by channels and programs.
  • Provide ROI analysis for all marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Use reporting tools to measure success of the campaigns
  • Analyze the success measurement to optimize future campaigns
  • Own the lead lifecycle - setting up the right environment to efficiently measure, monitor and optimize the revenue funnel from unknown to closed-won opportunity, OR support this ownership through external partners.
  • Build landing pages, emails, forms, lead scoring models that ensure leads are aligning properly with marketing operations and ensuring no leads are forgotten, OR support this ownership through external partners.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and drive informed decision-making within the organization. Role will involve utilizing AI/ML algorithms to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and create data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Work with large and varied data sets to formulate lists, reports and analysis that will assist management in the measurement, tracking, and performance of key initiatives and generation of strategic marketing KPIs.
  • Deep understanding and functional knowledge of various development tools and SQL flavors. Ability to design, develop and implement various analytics related projects across the organization.
  • Should be having minimum 5 years of experience working with relational database like Oracle/Teradata/MYSQL/MS-SQL
  • Ability to work independently on strategic, high-level analytics projects along with various departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, gathering data or application requirements. Independently designs and implement solutions for problems and/or opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with data governance and protocols through all processes.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Data & Analytics Department, this position is responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the bank in achieving their goals.

Qualifications:

Education, Training and Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Accounting or other related field.
  • All applicants must be 18 years old or older

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Power BI, MS SQL (or other relational databases), Microsoft Office Excel, and other query tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in technical and user-friendly manner, adaptability to changing priorities. Must have the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment. Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) preferred.

Any prior experience/knowledge of AI/ML practices will be given high preference, primarily responsible for leveraging advanced analytics techniques, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, specifically in the sales and marketing domain. Banking experience preferred.

USD $108,804.00/Yr.
