RISE Academy is a subsidiary of RISE Education System, a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization that is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Cognia. It is our mission to promote the holistic development of the child through an authentic and experiential student learning experience. This is accomplished by educating the child in the formation of faith, family and community. RISE Academy strives for the development of the whole child by providing excellence in academic preparation in a faith-based environment. We are looking to hire an ECE Administrator / Supervisor for the 2024-2025 school year for RISE Academy Campus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Select and manage personnel wisely, setting and achieving high expectations
• Attend to operational details of the ECE program
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures
• Oversee academic matters. Ensure that curriculum remains relevant and rigorous, and that all teaching isaligned to the school's pedagogy standards.
• Receive and offer professional development training
• Ensure that the student experience is balanced, rewarding and opportunity-filled
• Provide regular reports to the school leadership
• Develop recruitment targets and maintain effective recruitment of students
• Ensure that the ECE complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education or related field
• 2 years of experience in early childhood education setting
• Solid understanding of and ability to lead faculty in state licensing standards
• Willingness to receive training and expand educationally for the better interest of the school
• Thorough understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills required
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and oral) required
• Experience with managing budgets and implementing marketing programs
• Knowledge and appreciation of technology's role in education and as a tool for efficient administration andmanagement of personnel, finances and other resources
• Must be physically agile, highly energetic and be able to work both indoors and outdoors

Compensation:

The compensation range is based on credentials, working experience, academic degrees, and certifications. Children of staff members are eligible for tuition discounts.
