Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Uline business leaders to define and build new creative solutions for a growing organization.
• Transition business requirements into feature maps and project backlogs required to define the scope of application development efforts.
• Author user stories and lead backlog grooming sessions.
• Identify, define, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions in an agile environment.
• Lead early-stage UI / UX design.

Minimum Requirements

• Open to Sophomores and Juniors majoring in an IT-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
• Exposure to SQL and programming languages is helpful.
