Position Responsibilities

• Perform weekly analysis of customer feedback concerning all of Uline's departments.
• Complete weekly reports that will give exposure to multiple areas of the business.
• Assist Executive Operations management with ad hoc projects that go directly to Uline's President.
• Utilize SQL and Excel to create insightful reports based on specified data and business requirements.
• Conduct a summer project that includes pulling and analyzing large data sets, telling the story through a memo and presenting findings to management.
• Gain real-world experience and whole business knowledge by learning about and collaborating with a variety of departments.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and team player skills.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
