**The Opportunity:** The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for managing an assigned group of existing & new customers. The TSR will identify and develop new opportunities, as well as manage day to day transactions with assigned existing accounts across all channels and platforms. TSRs will generate demand and manage accounts through face to face meetings, via phone calls and outbound emails. TSRs will be assigned accounts based on the accounts annual potential, the TSRs will be assigned accounts with <$100,000 annual potential.

In turn, you will be a part of an energetic, award-winning sales team that is continuously growing, learning, and contributing to a growing company while adding value and opportunity to your personal career growth. You must be resilient, persistent and willing to learn and grow on the job.

*In this role youll:*

* Introduce, promote and sell Ritchie Bros. platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities

* Encourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to our auctions, and/or participate in our online auctions

* Assess your customers needs and provide solutions based on our service offerings

* Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions and sales

* Develop assigned territory by utilizing their Playbook and executing on your Core Activity & Behavior Script (CABS)

* Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce)

* Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets

* Support existing relationships with customers to continue the sales growth by ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing

* Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

**Heres what you bring:**

* Sales experience (inside and/or outside sales) in quota-driven sales (Industry experience/knowledge preferred).

* Bachelors Degree preferred.

* Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.
