About The PositionWe are hiring DSPs who are professional, energetic, and nurturing. You will provide hands-on support to individuals in their homes as they work on daily activities and long-term goals. This includes activities such as meal preparation, enhancing social skills, providing companionship, community outings, and more.

- Base rate: $20.25/hour
- $23.25/hour if certified to administer medication (we can train you if you are not currently certified!)

Schedule:
- If Part-Time (34 hours per week):
- Friday: 11 PM – 9 AM
- Saturday: 9 PM – 9 AM
- Sunday: 9 PM – 9 AM
- If Full-Time (40 hours per week):
- Friday: 11 PM – 9 AM
- Saturday: 9 PM – 9 AM
- Sunday: 9 PM – 9 AM
- A 6-hour shift on the same day each week, usually 4 PM – 10 PM

- A fingerprint criminal background check

- Residency for the past 2 years
- Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
- Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
- Proof of valid drivers license at the time of interview
