NOW HIRING PCAs
Right at Home Wilmington is seeking PCAs to provide care for our clients. We're hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, 7am-1pm, 8:30am-2pm, 8:30am-12:30pm, 10am-2pm, 10am-4pm, 1pm-7pm, 3pm-9pm, 6pm-10pm,
- Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm, 8:30am-2pm, 8:30am-12:30pm, 10am-2pm, 10am-4pm, 3pm-9pm, 5pm-9pm, 6pm-10pm,
*Requires PCAs available to work every other weekend*
PCAs must be comfortable providing care for clients, including:
- Incontinence care and cleaning of client
- Cognitive support
- assisting with dressing and personal grooming activity such as, brushing teeth and hair, applying cosmetics, lotion,etc.
- assisting with feeding
- have engaging conversations with your client
- prepare meals
- daily light housekeeping
- med reminders
- The support, training, and education you need to be able to safely and confidently perform your job
