Our Homecare agency in Downtown Orlando is currently seeking a talented Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to help drive our agency's growth.

Location: Office Base

Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 7 am-3 pm or 11 am-7 pm 

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified home health care professionals
• Source and screen candidates through resume review, interviews, and reference checks
• Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential caregivers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in our database
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with home health care professionals and community organizations to expand recruitment efforts
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct new hire orientations to onboard caregivers effectively

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English-Spanish
• AA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Or at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Compassion and dedication to providing high-quality care
