Male client with Cerebral Palsy and Seizures. He is non ambulatory, nonverbal, incontinent, and requires max assist with all ADL's. He has a G-tube for feedings and medications. The client prefers a quiet environment and will vocalize loudly, chew his fingers, and flap his hands to indicate noise over stimulation. He communicates thru noises and facial expressions. He will vocalize loudly and flap his hands to show discomfort.
3pm-8pm
