ColoCorp Builders, LLC Our past projects include both new ground-up construction, tenant improvement and additions/restorations. Our team's project experience ranges from $50,000 to $100,000,000 plus and includes Medical Office, Vet Clinics, Office, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Multi-Family, Retail, Restaurants, Car Washes, Hospitality, Senior and Assisted Living, as well as Recreation and Sports projects. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs and provide turn-key EPC.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident overseeing the entire site operation of the construction project. This includes but not limited to site work, utilities, foundation, structure, finishes and MEP systems. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers and quality of the work being done. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion and to "push" the schedule while staying within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operation of construction project(s)
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Develop and closely track construction schedule and milestones
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• On site document control and reporting

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial construction or degree in Construction Workeragement or Engineering to equal 2 years of experience
• OSHA Training/Certification desired
• Ability to run forklift a plus; Ability to use power tools effectively
• Strong project/site management and communications skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and building codes
• Understanding of RFI's and Change Management'
