As a *Registered Nurse (RN), *you will be responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
*Minimum Education and Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN):*
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
*RN License/Certifications*
* Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process
* BLS Certification
* TNCC or successful completion of trauma education that meets the requirements of the state trauma system within one year of hire
*Preferred Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN)*
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Medical Surgical nursing experience
* Oncology certification
*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*
* Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making
* Ability to work autonomously and as a team
* Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Ability to work and multi-task in a high stress and fast paced environment
* Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations
* Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above
