Job Description:
Oakcrest Management, a 40 year old Real Estate Development Firm, is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk for our office in Burleson, Texas.
Responsibilities include:
- Coding expenses to accounts and locations by analyzing invoices
- Reviewing, processing and entering of income from multiple sources
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Creation of weekly operating scorecards
- Compilation and reconciliation of competitor pricing comps
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documents
- Producing detail oriented results with accountability
- Ability to work on multiple task throughout the day
- Bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic into the office
Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must (vlookup, pivot table, macros, etc)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate is preferred, but not a must
- Self motivation and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Problem solving skills to work through unique transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
